STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING TRAINER
at CSBS in Multiple Locations
Key Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required.
Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Occasional travel required (10%).
Must possess and maintain current Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist (CSCS) certification.
Major Duties:
Formulates, organizes, sets priorities, and implements a well-balanced plan that ensures the success of the strength and conditioning program with recognition of the precursors to orthopedic and sports injuries. The incumbent will also develop and implement functional strength and conditioning strategies, both at the group and individual levels; providing one-on-one coaching of MARSOC service members in various strength and conditioning techniques and forms. The incumbent will conduct fitness education via briefings, classes/seminars, workshops, etc., on various strength and conditioning topics.
